A few years ago, my neighbor (who was in her early eighties at the time) decided to take up ballroom dancing. She had always loved to dance but never had the opportunity to learn properly. So she signed up for a class and started attending every week. It wasn’t long before she was able to hold her own on the dance floor! She had a great time, and it was a wonderful way for her to stay active and social.
